Before Transantiago, the public transport was so chaotic, the buses stoped in every moment and in every places, but existed a few busses that were faster and were more unemployed, another problem of the buses was the money, you should be with cash or else the bus was delayed quite

After Transantiago you have a bip card, with this card you don't need to go with cash that it's so cool, and the busses stop only in the bus stop, because this everithing is more ordered but the problem is the frequency of the busses, in a hypothetical case, at 4:00 PM pass four or five busses at same time and in about fifteen minutes didn't pass any busses, because this reason you must wait a lot's of time and in the peak time you take a full bus.

In the first six month of Transantiago everithing was terrible beacuse there are so many busses for six millions of people in Santiago, and the people needs to asimilate this new plan

In the next year the problems was disminuyed but the problems of frequency there was so terrible, the people wait a bus inclusive for one hour

At this moment transantiago there is very much better, you wait in the worst of cases for about 30 minutes and the busses are very much faster.

For Transantigo to be better, I propose improve the frequency time of the busses, with this improvement the waiting time to be less
