a sporting life

The sport is vital for the people, because the benefits are physically and psychologically, this results so good for the daily life

The sport is vital for a nation too, beacause the sport encourages the team work, fellowship, tolerance and effort

Normally made three weekly physical activity, pilates aerobisc and physical conditioning in addition I use the exercise bikes and jogging in university gym, thanks to this I've lost weight and toned my body more, I am even more happy and I need to sport about three times per week, this is just an example of the multiple benefits that can often get to do sport

Sport helps increase our flexible harden our muscles, strengthens our bones, along with it increases lung capacity and reduces blood pressure, increasing our strength and agility, but the benefits are not only physical but also psychological and increase self-esteem, safety, socialization, reduce stress and all these reasons make us more complete and happy people

The best way to encourage children and youth is at school or university and this can be achieved by showing the sport as a social activity performed for entertainment and personal benefit and not for passing a bouquet or obtain a good mark, plus it is essential that different activities are sports and not just a couple of sports and physical conditioning exercises, would show a greater variety of sports and increase the minds of the young to practce them

To encourage and sport in adults should reduce the number of hours in the work and also increase access to them, such as remote material requirements or economic cost is needed, along with this is essential to raise the sport gives them a family which would increase the sports culture in chile
