Introduction

Technology is one of the pillars that underpin modern society and this is not a derogation in the study of medical sciences, for these reasons we will give a look at different technologies proving useful in studying basic science of medicine.

In the study of human Anatomy is essential we manage some information and techniques, but it is also important to have proved necessary implements such as saws, formalin, tweezers and gloves. In Histology the tecnology results more necesary, for example we need a microscope, ligths, differents tipes of stains like eosin, and in Physiology we need the same things that in Histology and Anatomy but the Physiology studies the function of the human body.




Body:

In medicine there are a lot of theories and tecnology is one of the tools we possess in order to prove these theories, but the technology not only helps provide theories but also vital to meet our world more fully and in the case of medical science the human body, both in its physiological, histological and anatomical level. For these reasons, I can assert that the medical technology is one of the better tools for investigation today.

In Histology results fundamental the use of microscope, stains, ligths and human histological cuts, but the technology is not everything at the same time we need a person trained, with sufficient studies and intelligence in order to use these tools and demostrate theories achieve or discover a new stings for example, in Anathomy we need lees tools but this tools results very importants for example tweezers and formalin are essential tools for creating a good Anatomical body, In Physiology we need tools and skills rather similar but not identical.

Is ideal to have people prepared, good technological materials, curiosity and research methodologies to obtain effective results in the future, if any of these elements are missing is almost impossible to achieve good results at the level of scientific development


conclusion

Technology alone is not sufficient to guarantee human development but with intelligence, human curiosity and the scientific method are the four key pillars that underpin the development and medical research

It concludes that without technology we could not have such high levels of knowledge, not only in the area of medical science but in all areas as mathematics, physical, physical architecture, antropology, physiopatology, genetic, robotic, paleontology among others. But it is equally important to have a profecional prepared to handle this level of technology.

Technology is the basis on which human knowledge is based, besides technology protects us from the outside world.

I'm going to talk about the obstetrics and try to break a lot of myths in chile

In my country, people think: the more technology used in delivery, the healthier the child is born. That is wrong, in the world exist a new idea, we need to naturalize the delivery, is not necessary very much technology, the technology only is productive in emergency cases, but in a normal delivery, the best is the natural.

For example we didn't need the cesarean but in chile is the country with more cesarean average in the world, this is terrible because you use a surgery when is not necessary, the vaginal delivery have a lot of benefits, like the attachment is very good for the mother the baby and inclusive for the father in the cases when he is present in this beautifull moment, the families with attachment are more united, and the child have less problems with her parents, also attachment helps in the normal biological milk ejection of the mother, the baby is more happy and he didn't cry in the delivery.

In chile exist a lot of new therapies for obtain a good delivery, in the north of this long country, the delivery rooms are like a house room, this room have a bed, pedestal table, light, radio for the woman can listen music, with this things the room is more friendly, the woman are more relax and the delivery is better.

In the south of chile exist a special beds, in this bed the woman have more mobility and comfort, and the obstetrics uses a giants tubs with warm water with the water the delivery is painless.

In the social ambits the obsterics are highly valued in a populations, in rural places and near of the clinics, but in the most of cases the gynecologist are more apreciated because he is a medical, but the obstetrics in chile have a very good academic level and training.

In education themes the obstetrician are very qualified because they teach to the people lot of things in the medical aspects like intra-hospital infections or sexually transmitted diseases, the last point is very important for the obstetricians because is a bases of they work.

The obstetricians have a very important role in the maternity, puerpery, gynecology and neonatology.

Improving your faculty

I'm student of the faculty of medicine in the Universidad de Chile, this campus is ubicated in Independencia with Profesor zañartu and beside them is the clinical hospital of the Universidad de Chile, in Independencia with Santos Dumont.

This University is very popular in chile because have very good teachers and the most of them have a magister or a doctorate, at this university come very good students for this reasons every people in Chile knows about the Universidad de Chile.

The Universidad de Chile is a state university, for this reason the government gives the university about twenty percent of the total income, this is not enough because of this the university have a very poor infraestructure and the implements for the students like computers, but the laboratory implements are so great such as microscopes, pipettes, rooms, etc.

The university holds a great deal of research in differents areas like microbiology, virology, embriology, genetic and fisiology. making this research the university wins money and prestige, But a big problem is the fees there are very high and not every people have the money for pay the university and this is a reazon for the inequity in this country.

I propose the university need realize more work in the society and win money for it. another idea it's recycle a lot of the garbage in the university and win money but in this way you make a good ecological change but you didn't win very much money.

A strange but good inversion is use solar panels with this inversion the university can ,in a large term, save money and the final idea is the government give more money to the university.

With the money the university can invest in research and win a lot of money. With this money the fees could go down and they could invest in a better computers because we need it.

Hobies

Hobies, toys, partys, music, enjoy!!

I have a lot of hobbies and I try to dedicate my time for practice them every week, for example the music is the best hobby, the music relax me so much and when I close my eyes I imagine all the things they say the lyrics of songs.

Another hobby it's play bass guitar, it's amazing when you feel the energy in your veins, in the moment when you finally can play your favorite song, in addition this hobby helps me to know a lot of new people and, improve the organization, but for practice this hobby you need time, dedication and constancy.

There exist many other hobbies, like reading. This pastime is amazing and so economic, you only need a book and a good light or natural light, if you didn't have money you can go to library in this place you can read a lot of books and is very silence, that it's so nice, personally I prefer the fantasy books like "The Lord of the Rings", "The Earth of the Dragon", "The legends of Otori", "Interview with the Vampire" or "Twilight"

The hobbies are a good way to improve your skills, there are a lot of skills in the same way there are a lot of hobbies for improve this skills, in adition you can learn a lot of things about the people of other countys or cutures people with other interest, ideas, way to see the life, likes and skills, but share the same love of hobby

Personally the hobbies help me to be more tolerant with my friends, naturally to improve my skills, meet a lot of people, helps me to be more supportive, happy, friendly and cultured.

Every people needs a hobby because the can make we grow up and help us to be more tolerant of different ideas and tastes

Holidays

I didn't have a favorite place to go, because I like every places, yeah sounds strange but it's true , I love the beach with the water in special, look the night, stars and a big moon. In the montain I dream with the snow, the cold and the hot chocolate. The cities have a very beautifull places like museums, squares, old constructions, etc and cities in the nigth have a magical touch of mistery and romantic it's so cool, in special the big cities with a lot of blinding lights, and the forest it's amazing in this place you can play a lot have a lot of flowers, animals, trees and in some places you can found lakes, springs or caves and that it's so beatifull and in the nigth it's scary.


In the past I visited a lot of places for example I goes to Mendoza, Argentina, it's a very nice place but the problem it's the humidity and it's very hot place, but the good points are, the leather clothes it's so good and very economic, the food and the hotels are so economic too, and Mendoza it's a very nocturnal city, everything it's open in the nigth, like cinemas, discos, restaurants, etc. and for the children exist a tour to the springs with a lot of pools, and it's so fun, in finaly Mendoza have a lot of cafes and libraries. another place I visited in the past it's Laguna de Zapallar , it's a beutifull town beside the sea, this place it's a little expensive but so relaxing the people it's so nice I love Laguna It's a tipical place for go to relaxing


I wish go to Machupichu, Peru in the next year, with my cousin and about three friend, I only see Machupichu in TV or in the pictures of my family, but my grandfather tell me some stories about this mistical place, the ruins, the legends of incas with his gods and beliefs, in addition they talk me about the people in this place, and the peruvian food I suposed it's delicious and I hope to will know this country in the 2010

The truth about sleeping with a baby :

a sporting life

The sport is vital for the people, because the benefits are physically and psychologically, this results so good for the daily life

The sport is vital for a nation too, beacause the sport encourages the team work, fellowship, tolerance and effort

Normally made three weekly physical activity, pilates aerobisc and physical conditioning in addition I use the exercise bikes and jogging in university gym, thanks to this I've lost weight and toned my body more, I am even more happy and I need to sport about three times per week, this is just an example of the multiple benefits that can often get to do sport

Sport helps increase our flexible harden our muscles, strengthens our bones, along with it increases lung capacity and reduces blood pressure, increasing our strength and agility, but the benefits are not only physical but also psychological and increase self-esteem, safety, socialization, reduce stress and all these reasons make us more complete and happy people

The best way to encourage children and youth is at school or university and this can be achieved by showing the sport as a social activity performed for entertainment and personal benefit and not for passing a bouquet or obtain a good mark, plus it is essential that different activities are sports and not just a couple of sports and physical conditioning exercises, would show a greater variety of sports and increase the minds of the young to practce them

To encourage and sport in adults should reduce the number of hours in the work and also increase access to them, such as remote material requirements or economic cost is needed, along with this is essential to raise the sport gives them a family which would increase the sports culture in chile

Discovering Santiago

If you travel to Santiago of Chile you must go to at least one of this places:

Forestal park, it's a traditional park in the centre of santiago, around this park exist a lot of stores of chothes so beautifull and freak, and exist a lot of cafes and restaurants.

Another interesting place to know it's the trains museum in Quinta Normal, in this museum you can stay into old trains like in 30 ages, in this place you can look a lot of trains pictures and you can buy a souvenir for your family and friends

If you have children you must go to MIM (museo interactivo mirador) the family in this museum can learn about the mysteries of the universe music and biology in an entertaining way.

If you went to Santiago you need to know the centro cultural la moneda, in ciudadania square, the museum stay under this square and in this place exist a lot of art's expocition internationally.

Finally you need to know the Mercado Central in this place you can eat fish, clams and other marine products, it's a tipical place in Santiago of Chile

If you went to chile, must to eat so good, I would recomend evidencing charquican, beacause it's a typical food of the country, near of the mercado central exist a restaurant called la Piojera in this place you can eat a pernil whit potatos, empanadas and arrollado huaso. To acompany exist a earthqueque and the replica, it's a typical drink, very popular in Santiagpo, this drink contains fernet, piper wine, and pineapple ice cream

Transantiago

Before Transantiago, the public transport was so chaotic, the buses stoped in every moment and in every places, but existed a few busses that were faster and were more unemployed, another problem of the buses was the money, you should be with cash or else the bus was delayed quite

After Transantiago you have a bip card, with this card you don't need to go with cash that it's so cool, and the busses stop only in the bus stop, because this everithing is more ordered but the problem is the frequency of the busses, in a hypothetical case, at 4:00 PM pass four or five busses at same time and in about fifteen minutes didn't pass any busses, because this reason you must wait a lot's of time and in the peak time you take a full bus.

In the first six month of Transantiago everithing was terrible beacuse there are so many busses for six millions of people in Santiago, and the people needs to asimilate this new plan

In the next year the problems was disminuyed but the problems of frequency there was so terrible, the people wait a bus inclusive for one hour

At this moment transantiago there is very much better, you wait in the worst of cases for about 30 minutes and the busses are very much faster.

For Transantigo to be better, I propose improve the frequency time of the busses, with this improvement the waiting time to be less

I would like to visit Netherlands

In my life I wish to visit the Netherlands because the people have a very open mind, they build a culture so special, they have a very clean country, uses a bicycle a lot, have only six hours of work, the cities doesn't have very much people and have a very good football team.

I didn't know very much about this country but in my family all dreams to go to netherlands in special visit Amsterdam or Rotterdam, because we love the football and in TV we sees a lot of documentary and talk about his gastronomy, squares, museums (like the Van Gogh museum) , the North Seas Jazz festivals, the cheese, and very much groups of music like Epica.

If I travel to netherlands, I wish go to see everything and walks a lot, go to every cultural places, go to some partys, museums, and I wish go to a football stadium.

I wish to work in the Netherlands for a year because I could know a new culture so open minded, they legalize many things like drugs or euthanasia and I think it's like be so nice to know how it is.

Finally, The Netherlands is near of a lot of countries like Spain, Italy, England or Germany and I could travel a lot, I think live for one year in netherlands are so cool

First semester experience

The first semester was so nice, I met a lot of new people in my grade, in other careers and grades, and even other people in and out of the university because I went out a lot, to do an assignment with a classmate or to go to a party in another place.

I had a lot of subjects, for this reason I studied a lot, but there were subjects so nice like embriology or genetic, it's so nice and I learned things about the normal life that were ignored, on the other hand existed subject like health education that I never found the sense, "Why do I study this subject?" and in final exist coourse of general formation that it's very nice I found a very good people and now I have very good friends in others carrers.

In sports I went to pilates, aerobics and fitness, that it's so nice I stay more relax in the clases and get better marks, with this I stay in Blest square with my friends and go out so much for example I went to the cinema, to a partys, to a restaurant, to cartagena in others.

I had one challenge that was studied very much in respect to a college, but this was not a very big problem

In my family everything was very normal and I didn't felt any change in the past two years, but I met a lot of people and discovered a lot of thing about the human aspects, and in final I learned very much about the human relationships

A talk review

First I didn't know Ken Robinson, but his ideas are so good, I not sure about the schoools kill creativity but it's true all about the people have a diferent iintelligence and not all can do the same thing by same style.

It's obiosly , the kids have an incredible potencial, they have a big creativity and this it's representated in his ingenius, the best thing can do the education it's make a enducation more integral bassed in the habilitis of the childrens because thay can do a lot of thing only we need to discover all of this things

Try and mistake it's a good way can learn if you try you can understand a lot of ideas, problems, subjects, etc. and the mistekes helps to the ideas can be internalised in teh brain of the children
but the problem of Ken Robinson it's he mention a lot of problems of the education but they didn't say the ideas to his ideal moel of education.

My blogging experience it's so strange because it's very good, it's a fresh idea, I write about a lot of things like my ideal job in this blog I expressed so well, I imagine a lot of things and give me the power to continue studing in obstetrics, your future it's a very good blog it's so nice I dream about my future, about a perfect future and I try to this future will be true, all of them, my dream's house, the perfect work, my perfect girlfriend with a beautifull family, I suposed it's a very good idea and talk about my carrer it's so good because I can explain all of a think abouot this carrer, I think obstetrics it's a very good carrer but you need a lot of passion, sensibility and inteligence.

The bad about the blogs it's the time because it's a so many time you didn't finish every blogs in first year of university and that it's so frustrating, with this exist blogs are so boring or you didn't have the information for answer the question, for expample the blog the best in your area, you didn't know about very much people around the obstetrics theme, and I feel so insecurity about that. The blog career related website in this month I didn't visit a diferents websites and I can't write about a site if I didn't know.

The blogs help me to improve my english because I extend my vocabulary a lot, but the time is not much and I'am most interested in finish the blog and not in learn a new vocabulary, but I learn a few of new words if I didn'd use before.

The ventages of the blog it's: a very good idea for learn and understand words and redacction in english but the time it's not very much and you try to finish the blog at any price

My ideal job

My dream job are enfocated in health problems like works in hospitals and private clinic and with this I hope to be classes in the university but get this skills it's to hard, I need to have the titule, a licenciature, speciality and I hope a magister and doctorate, and with this skill we need to be a too caritative, expresive, sensibility, clever, affectionate and affable. A heath worker have to be so inteligent and human, he need to take quickly decitions and need to understand the people.

I dream to be a very good worker beacause can I help a lot of people and teaching a lot of students. if I was a good job, Can I go to study to another countries like Italy, Spain, United States, Netherlands or England, I can travel around the world and study about diferents subjects of health like Genetic, Embriology, Anatomy, Parasitology, Fisiology in others

Found this job it's too hard because you need to study so much and have a very good reputation for postulate it, because a lot of people dreams with this job for this reasons this job needs very much time and dedication

In finish I hope to be a good obstetrician with speciality in neonatology and with a good magister and doctorate if it's possible in Oxford university because have a good reputation and I belive if studies there can I get mi objetive

My Favorite Subject

My favorite subject is bases of molecular, genetic and ontogenetic development of human, in especific the area of genetic because I like to understand the bases of the cell like the DNA and RNA because this biological molecules contains all the information of the all cells, like animals, plants bacterias or virus.

In this subject many teacher make me class, but in the seminar my teacher is Soledad Berrios, she is so strict, many classmates hate she beacuse they think it is very heavy and hurtful, but I think she is a great teacher, I understand all of she talk in clases and I like her style stric and effective.

In this semester I learn very much about the DNA, RNA, proteins, mendelian genetic and very much of genetics deseases, y learn very much about chromosomes, in humans exist twenty-three pairs of chromosomes twenty-two autosomes and one pair of sexual chromosomes in addition I learn all about herency of chromosomas and I think the genetic is the bases of everything living creature

My future

I imagine in five years working in any hospital and studied to obtain specialty in neonatology, and of course earn a lot's of money helping the people who need it most.

I wish to be a very good obstetrician with a good work for this course should I be surrounded by an excellent team in which there is great confidence, They should be well trained and possess a great love for social service.

I suppose that will continue to live in the same house now, only paint them and completely remodel it, I live with my mother and we work so hard to have a beautiful house. I guess that also buy a big apartment to live comfortably, this apartment contains a lot of CD, movies, a big TV plasma, a playstation 3 or the game of that time, a lot of books along with very well furnished

On topics of love with a girl probably, she should be very tender. intelligent and fun, and we have much in common and go to places like the cinema to make ice cream or see any expocicion

I would go to see the PanAmerican Games to probably made in chile and would go to see the swimming skills

The best in my area

In my opinion the best men in my area is Bruce M. Carlson, he is a professor of medical school in the University of Michigan, in especific he is a profesor of Emeritus of Cell and Developmental Biology

I think he are the best because he write a very good text in embriology, that text it's so easy to undersand and contain an excelent information this book is called "Human Embryology and Developmental Biology", that text helps me so much in the subject developmental biology

Another reason because I think he are the best is because he makes a lot of investigation and have a lot o publication too like "Myo’D and myogenin protein expression in skeletal muscles of senile rats" or "The biology and restorative capacity of long-term denervated skeletal muscle"

In the past Bruce M. Carlson was the director of the institute of gerontology in the University of Michigan and have a long carrer about of research on limb and muscle regeneration

Now Bruce M. Carlson is writing two books “Fundamentals of Regeneration Biology” and “The Biography of a North Country Lake.”

My career

When I took the PSU test, my idea was to enter dentistry but my mark that no so good and I decide enter to obstetricia, but i'm so happy in this carrer I think this carrer it's the most beautifull in the world and I can work with the people face to face, that thing like me so much

the obstetricians worry about the health of woman and the baby in adittion the obstetricians can make classes about sexuality or about obstetricia in the university and they help in the part labor
the obstetricians need a lot of instruments to make a good labor for example they need a vaginal speculum this instrument is used to inspect the vagina and is used to can do the papanicolau test also they need to know about the tecnologies of the machines can use, need to know the english also with others knowledge on obstetrics like obstetricia, molecular biology, genetics among others

My favorite subject is genetic because I believe the genetic is the bases of the human life and for my it's so funny and interesting, with the genetic we can predict a lot of disseases like the hemofilia, daltonism in to others

my favorite piece of technology is the Ipod because they are so small and portable, the people can save a lot of music inside also I can carry a lot of digital information like words, excels, powerpoints or acrobat programs

With the Ipod you can listen to music in every place, you just need the recharge the Ipod and a pair of earphones

Last christmas my father gave me an Ipod, and I never will seperate from my Ipod beacuse I can use it in every place like in a square, in my house, at the university even in a transantiago bus that's so amazing and I use the ipod every day because I love the music and I didn't live without this
